Marta Lamanuzzi

Admitted to the Milan Bar, she is a researcher at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where she teaches criminal law and criminology.

A professional specialized in business criminal law, she has conducted research periods at the Max Planck Institute in Freiburg im Breisgau and at Université Paris Nanterre.

Author of numerous scientific publications, including the monograph Causality and Determinacy in Criminally Relevant Psychic Interactions. A Reinterpretation of the “Franzese Model” (Giappichelli, 2024), she regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars and has previously served as a research fellow at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
