Admitted to the Milan Bar, he is an adjunct professor of criminal law at the University of Turin and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (Court of Cassation).

A professional specialized in business criminal law, he has been involved in some of the most significant national proceedings (including Parmalat, Ilva, etc.).

Author of numerous scientific publications published in Italy and abroad, he has served as a research fellow at the University of Milan and the University of Turin and regularly participates as a speaker at national and international conferences and seminars.
