He primarily practices in commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions, and corporate and business litigation.

He assists Italian and international companies, corporations and shareholders in the management of business activities and extraordinary transactions, supporting management and corporate bodies in strategic decision-making processes. He has developed significant experience in cross-border contexts and in international contract law.

• 2014: LL.M. in International Trade Law, International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), in partnership with the University of Turin
