Silvio Sonnati

Admitted to the Bar, first in Florence and then in Milan, he is a researcher in employment law at Bocconi University, where he teaches labour law.

He advises domestic and international companies, as well as executives, on key employment law matters, including in complex and cross-border contexts.

He has been a Visiting Scholar at Boston College Law School.

Before joining GBLEX & PARTNERS as Of Counsel, he worked with leading national and international law firms as part of specialized employment law teams, assisting companies and executives in defining strategies and managing employment relationships.

Author of numerous scientific publications published in Italy and abroad, including the monograph Variable Compensation in Employment Contracts (Giappichelli, 2024), he regularly participates as a speaker at national and international conferences and seminars.
